At TRP Cycling, we are committed to providing high-performance braking systems and components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the uninstalled components in their original retail packaging, ensuring all hardware, bleed blocks, and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship to TRP

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the items are in new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
